About me
I didn’t begin with confidence
I grew up in Hyderabad. I spent the first half of my life there, all through school and engineering. We spoke Telugu at home. I knew English fine, but the moment I had to speak it out loud, I would freeze up. Not because I didn’t know the words. Because I wasn’t confident. That’s really where everything I teach today started. I didn’t begin with confidence. I had to build it, slowly, like everyone else does.
And I’m not done. I’m not a coach who read a few books and started teaching, and I’m not a coach who learned all this from some mentor either. I’m still running these businesses while I teach you this. The day I stop building is the day everything I teach starts feeling stale.
The format
A course delivered like a podcast.
Two or three of my own team members play the role of students, and I play the professor, except it’s not a lecture. We talk through real situations from my own businesses, and I walk through exactly how I learned each lesson, and how you can use it too.
It’s interactive, it’s honest, and it feels like a real conversation you’re listening in on. Every example is real, something I’ve actually lived through, not something I read in a book. These aren’t old stories either. They’re from businesses I’m running right now.
Learning that propels a shift in mindset is way more valuable than learning that provides you with frameworks.
